Job Summary

Provide first-line remote and/or onsite technical support and field engineering to proactively identify and resolve client incidents. Manage standard, low-complexity issues, restore service through incident follow-through, and ensure zero missed SLA conditions by accurately logging, updating, and escalating where needed. Configure and verify client infrastructure and solution software, diagnose alert/root cause issues, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure client-site infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
•Install and configure solution software according to client requirements.
•Proactively identify problems/errors, log incidents with required detail, and manage incidents through effective resolution.
•Respond to and diagnose alerts; escalate to L2 Field Engineer when unable to resolve within the stipulated time.
•Provide first-line remote and onsite support, perform first line field engineering, and update resolution details in the required platform (including shift handovers).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Entry-level experience in technical support to clients and diagnosis/troubleshooting.
•Entry-level experience in collaboration technologies including VOIP/IP telephony, call managers, voice gateways, call recording, messaging, and scripting.
•Entry-level experience with Cisco technologies and related product stack (including SBCs such as AudioCodes and Oracle, CUBE, and Webex Calling).
•Associate-level data center and networking certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA (DC), Juniper JNCIA, Aruba, F5, ACMA).
