Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to align with organizational targets.
•Analyze financial and operational performance, manage budget control and performance management, and drive initiatives to improve business outcomes.
•Review and approve business cases, investment proposals, pricing initiatives, and capital expenditure requests under governance frameworks.
•Act as a trusted finance business partner to provide financial advice, communicate variances and emerging risks, and support operational and financial plans.
•Lead, coach, and develop the finance team while ensuring compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, internal controls, and continuous improvement of processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or another numerate discipline.
•Professional accounting qualification such as CMA, CIMA, ACCA, CA, or CPA.
•Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
•Minimum 10 years in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, budgeting, forecasting, business case evaluation, financial governance, and cost management.
•Minimum 10 years of people management experience.
