  • •Provide support to the team by partnering with other teams to improve processes, roll out new products/features, and advance initiatives with major financial impact.
  • •Act as the point of escalation and manage accurate execution and/or resolution of issues across Wholesale services.
  • •Develop and maintain risk controls through documented procedures, job aids, and key performance and governance routines.
  • •Manage operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and internal compliance requirements.
