Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, negotiate, and draft agreements including master subscription agreements, professional services agreements, data processing addenda, alliances agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and order forms.
  • •Support contracting and order processing by partnering with sales and professional services, revenue recognition, sales operations, and pricing teams.
  • •Coordinate with departments including privacy, security, and compliance to ensure agreements align with internal corporate policies and processes.
  • •Provide legal and commercial support for existing contracts and assist with disputes or potential disputes.
  • •Complete legal administrative tasks for ANZ customers, including developing training materials and supporting ongoing team knowledge and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate LLB or post-graduate degree and a valid practising certificate in an Australian jurisdiction.
  • •1-3 years PQE combined experience at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal department.
  • •Strong legal drafting skills with rigor/attention to detail and sound legal reasoning.
  • •Comfort working in a fast-paced tech environment with shifting priorities.
  • •Familiar with technical concepts such as web applications, cloud computing, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence, plus professional services concepts.
