Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce matters.
  • •Advise on employee performance concerns, corrective actions, policy interpretation, and workplace issues, including conflict resolution.
  • •Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent review, and performance management processes for assigned client groups.
  • •Implement HR programs and support organizational change initiatives at corporate locations, coordinating with HR Centers of Expertise and HRIS.
  • •Provide leadership, coaching, and development to assigned HR staff while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • •Experience partnering directly with mid to senior level leaders.
  • •Proven experience delivering talent, performance, succession, engagement, and change initiatives in complex organizations.
  • •Ability to support multi-location or distributed workforces (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
