Job Summary

Responsible for implementing and supervising health, safety, and environmental practices on projects. Deploy HSE plans, conduct risk assessments, deliver safety training, investigate incidents, and maintain documentation and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe working environment on site.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor the execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure HSE requirements are met as per the project HSE plan and HSEMS requirement, continually monitor site activity with regards to HSE.
•Assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans to ensure safe evacuation procedures.
•Provide trainings to workers on HSE related subjects in incident prevention, first aid as well as other activities and safety awareness programs to increase awareness of HSE practices and procedures.
•Ensure that existing hazards, unsafe work conditions and /or practices are identified on a daily basis and observation reports are raised and corrective measures are recorded.
•Provide data on daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor and track HSE performance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of working experience; 3 years relevant experience; 2 years GCC exposure is a plus
•Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards applicable to the industry
•Proficient in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate risks
•Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
•ERP experience with SAP (functional skills) preferred
