Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering a high-quality in-branch experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), support outreach through outbound calling, and help identify needs and opportunities. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, aligning work with Integrated Relationship Management and retail leadership routines while following internal controls and risk policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience and complete complex and standardized transactions accurately while handling assigned monies properly.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for offers, and identifying needs or referring to the right branch specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions to client needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education.
•Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
•Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

•Ability to use a PC keyboard and basic software (including Microsoft Office), multitask under time constraints, and work weekends/extended hours as needed.
