  • •Perform and document periodic maintenance (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/biannual/annual) and wet cleans as required.
  • •Instruct customers on system operation and maintenance; troubleshoot and correct process variations with assistance from senior engineers.
  • •Handle customer satisfaction responsibilities for assigned accounts, coordinating support plans with customer management.
