•Build strong alliances with Ops Managers and local Heads to unblock day‑to‑day obstacles in the PedidosYa Market workflow

Key Requirements

•Must-have experience working locally with logistics/operational scope in warehouses, retail, or micro-distribution centers
•Experience managing and developing direct-report teams
•Intermediate/advanced SQL and Looker or other data visualization tools
•Advanced English proficiency
