Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate outbound shipments for customer-facing systems and freight/parcel movements, ensuring operational flow through shipment completion and post-shipment documentation.
  • •Generate and report internal metrics/KPIs; monitor and log exceptions; ensure adherence to business processes and support new process development.
  • •Maintain inventory control and process control reporting, including in-transit, cycle count, inventory receiving and shipping reports; review discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Prepare and review import/export documentation for lawful completion of activities and ensure commercial/sales invoices are accurate versus shipment and regulatory details.
  • •Maintain shipment visibility and readiness using logistics tracking tools; support SAP WM shipment execution and troubleshoot issues such as billing blocks, delivery notes, consolidation, and packing-list accuracy.

  • •Apply developed proficiency in SAP WM and outbound logistics processes, including delivery notes, shipment numbers, and packing documentation.
  • •Maintain shipment readiness data using tools such as MPP, Smartsheet, revenue order trackers, shipping calendars, and Q2C uploads.
  • •Use transportation management and freight quoting/planning for parcels and freight, including systems/NSOs and oversized or international shipments.
