Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, draft, and negotiate agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal/ethical standards, including RFP/RFQ, vendor qualification documents, and contractual requests.
  • •Draft and negotiate contractual language to reflect the business interests and policies of the parties.
  • •Serve as Contracts Lead for complex international and multi-business-unit project contracts and complex framework agreements (multi-BU and world areas).
  • •Act as Global Contracts Lead for Global Strategic Accounts.
  • •Develop and communicate negotiation solutions and mitigation strategies, and provide guidance during approvals by assessing business, financial, and legal risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree.
  • •7+ years of work experience in a contracts-related role.
  • •Licensed to practice law, or qualification/knowledge of other jurisdictions in scope/civil/common law systems (advantage).
  • •Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Excellent oral and written English.
