Plant Associate - Second Shift

As a Plant Associate on second shift, you’ll assemble, disassemble, re-assemble, encapsulate, solder, and inspect wire harnesses and electronic/mechanical systems used in missiles and high-tech products. You’ll follow written instructions and product specifications, use fixtures and production aids to check workmanship quality, and help support material flow. The role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and physical ability to perform repetitive production tasks.
