Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead facilities management teams and contracted service providers.
  • •Develop operational strategies, budgets, and performance targets while driving compliance with company policies and HS&E standards.
  • •Oversee hard services maintenance (including MEP, HVAC, and critical infrastructure) and manage outages, risk mitigation, DLP, and warranty management.
  • •Manage soft FM services such as cleaning and operational support, ensuring contractors meet safety, quality, and service level standards.
  • •Oversee service request handling via helpdesk/service management systems, monitor KPIs and asset availability, and provide operational performance reports to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, Operations Management, Asset Management, or Business Management.
