Job Summary

Lead integrated facilities management delivery in a large, complex operating environment by overseeing hard and soft FM services, asset management, contract performance, and project delivery. Drive operational strategies, budgets, HS&E compliance, KPI management, and service excellence. Manage technical maintenance across MEP/HVAC and critical infrastructure, coordinate service requests via helpdesk/service systems, and deliver performance reporting to clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead facilities management teams and contracted service providers.
•Develop operational strategies, budgets, and performance targets while driving compliance with company policies and HS&E standards.
•Oversee hard services maintenance (including MEP, HVAC, and critical infrastructure) and manage outages, risk mitigation, DLP, and warranty management.
•Manage soft FM services such as cleaning and operational support, ensuring contractors meet safety, quality, and service level standards.
•Oversee service request handling via helpdesk/service management systems, monitor KPIs and asset availability, and provide operational performance reports to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, Operations Management, Asset Management, or Business Management.
•Minimum 10 years of facilities management experience in large, complex, high-demand environments.
•Experience managing large-scale FM operations and contracted contractor service delivery.
•Experience in complex, regulated, operationally critical environments.
•Experience leading asset management initiatives and FM contract/supplier performance.
