Join a Retail Financial Center team as a Personal Banker I, completing a 4–8 week onboarding and certification program with rotations across operations and sales/service. Use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail and small business solutions, and cross-sell to deepen relationships. Process teller transactions, partner with mortgage and business specialists via referrals, and support customer experience and production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and support periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions, guide CSRs on the sales/referral process, and refer customers to Business Partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) as appropriate.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Ability to be comfortable with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math for analyzing credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at the time of employment through the NMLS.
