Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean assigned guest rooms or suites by making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging furniture, and cleaning bathrooms per brand standards.
  • •Maintain cleaning protocols, empty trash containers, and restock usable items such as soap, towels, amenities, and paper items.
  • •Handle guest trays, glass, and silverware and clean/vacuum exterior entries and hallways.
  • •Keep linen closets and supply areas clean and organized, and ensure guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders are attended to promptly.
  • •Secure rooms upon leaving and promptly handle guest complaints/requests or refer to a supervisor when needed, including reporting special issues and maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one-year hospitality experience in housekeeping.
