Job Summary

Work hands-on in a cleanroom environment building, repairing, and testing multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment. You’ll assemble electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic components using schematics and work orders, perform troubleshooting and part audits, and run tests with measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps. Complete documentation and, when needed, support software installs to improve manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Use work orders (schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, instructions) to build, repair, and/or test equipment across electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems.
•Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs under moderate supervision.
•Receive parts and conduct audits to verify part availability and inspect for defects, then troubleshoot and improve processes.
•Test assemblies and components using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps; complete repairs or install software if needed.
•Complete required job documentation (data entry) covering progress, work expense, and labor details.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma.
•1–2 years of semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry or military experience.
•Ability to follow standard operation procedures (written and verbal).
•Knowledge of basic hand tools.
•Associate’s degree or technical education, certifications, or trainings (preferred).
