Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service on machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and changing belts as necessary.
  • •Identify root causes of unexpected machine breakdowns and repair quickly and efficiently to decrease downtime.
  • •Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts; order and install replacement parts as needed and prepare work reports.
  • •Clean, organize, inventory, and stock shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies; coordinate regular maintenance schedules with managers.
  • •Collaborate on new product additions and equipment modifications, run necessary tests, and support improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanically inclined with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose problems with manufacturing equipment.
  • •Good computer literacy with the ability to enter work records in the appropriate program.
  • •Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization; multi-lingual is strongly preferred.
  • •High organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and plan work.
