Follow safety policies, use required PPE, and support process improvements on the shop floor.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service on machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and changing belts as necessary.
•Identify root causes of unexpected machine breakdowns and repair quickly and efficiently to decrease downtime.
•Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts; order and install replacement parts as needed and prepare work reports.
•Clean, organize, inventory, and stock shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies; coordinate regular maintenance schedules with managers.
•Collaborate on new product additions and equipment modifications, run necessary tests, and support improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Mechanically inclined with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose problems with manufacturing equipment.
•Good computer literacy with the ability to enter work records in the appropriate program.
•Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization; multi-lingual is strongly preferred.
•High organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and plan work.
