Job Summary

Cost management professional responsible for end-to-end cost planning and commercial controls on data centre projects. Lead measurement, pricing, cost reporting, tender assessment, variations, payment recommendations, and benchmarking, leveraging the Hive digital platform to deliver all deliverables within a mid-senior real estate/cost management team.

Key Responsibilities

•Measure all elements for preparation of cost plans.
•Price individual items within a cost plan from first principles including market engagement where required.
•Prepare cost reports for governance and stakeholders.
•Assess tender returns and prepare tender recommendation reports.
•Assess contractor variations and prepare a payment recommendation to the Superintendent.

Key Requirements

•3+ years post graduate experience
•RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership
•Experience in CostX preferred
•Experience across the life cycle of projects with experience in pre-contract, procurement, and post contract activities
