Key Responsibilities

  • •Measure all elements for preparation of cost plans.
  • •Price individual items within a cost plan from first principles including market engagement where required.
  • •Prepare cost reports for governance and stakeholders.
  • •Assess tender returns and prepare tender recommendation reports.
  • •Assess contractor variations and prepare a payment recommendation to the Superintendent.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years post graduate experience
  • •RICS member or currently on the pathway to membership
  • •Experience in CostX preferred
  • •Experience across the life cycle of projects with experience in pre-contract, procurement, and post contract activities
