Key Responsibilities

  • •Track renewal deadlines for active NP/MD/RN licenses and prompt clinical staff to initiate renewals ahead of expiration.
  • •Manage CAQH re-attestation cycles and maintain provider CAQH profiles, including updates for Medicaid IDs, licenses, practice locations, and COI updates.
  • •Monitor Medicare and Medicaid revalidation cycles at the group level and initiate submissions in advance of due dates.
  • •Manage payer recredentialing cycles and complete demographic or enrollment updates, including gathering required documentation and tracking submission status.
  • •Perform end-to-end credentialing offboarding for departing providers, including COI carrier updates, roster removals/terminations, payer disenrollment, and CAQH offboarding.
