Key Responsibilities

  • •Proctor computer-based CNA exam content and objectively observe and score candidates’ clinical skills.
  • •Prepare for test events by monitoring rosters and ensuring sites are correctly set up and cleaned up.
  • •Greet examinees, verify identification, monitor testing, and resolve candidate issues or report them to supervisors.
  • •Manage and protect the testing environment, including securing exam content and maintaining technical proficiency to reboot workstations and reset passwords.
  • •Maintain online appointment schedules, coordinate candidate rosters, and support on-site leadership to ensure event coverage and a seamless candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Nurses with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
  • •Experience in long-term care (1 year) or experience caring for the chronically ill of any age.
  • •Intermediate to advanced technical skills and familiarity with computer programs and applications (including MS Office, Outlook, and web browsing).
  • •Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel to test events.
