Strategic leader responsible for end-to-end recruiting for all GTM and G&A functions across global regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC). •Lead end-to-end recruiting strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, global talent acquisition strategies for all GTM and G&A functions.
•Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of high-performing recruiters, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
•Build high-performing teams: Partner with GTM leadership to attract and hire top talent for Solutions Engineering, Account Executives, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Professional Services roles.
•Scale recruiting operations: Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and systems to support rapid global growth while maintaining quality of hire.
•Talent pipeline development: Develop and maintain robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs across GTM and G&A functions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience, specifically focused on sales and GTM and G&A roles within the SaaS industry.
•Proven track record of leading recruiting teams that have built and scaled high-performing sales organizations in global, high-growth environments.
•Deep functional expertise in recruiting across multiple sales functions including AEs, SEs, CS, RevOps, and Professional Services.
•Data-driven approach to recruiting with robust analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities.
•Extensive experience with modern recruiting tools and technologies (ATS, sourcing tools, candidate engagement platforms).
