Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, and operate high-performance wired and wireless networks across offices, branches, and large campus environments, including RF optimization and resilient architectures.
  • •Own network delivery for office expansions and moves, including procurement/circuit turn-up/vendor coordination through cutover and handoff, and scale secure connectivity across offices and cloud environments.
  • •Create repeatable network reference architectures, configuration and lifecycle standards, high-availability patterns, capacity models, inventories, diagrams, runbooks, and deployment playbooks.
  • •Build observable and automated network operations using telemetry and analytics to detect degradation early; develop scripts/tooling and data pipelines in modern languages.
  • •Implement secure, identity-aware network access and segmentation, partner on firewalls/threat detection/incident response, and troubleshoot systematically across the OSI model.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise or campus networks.
  • •Depth in wireless RF engineering and enterprise switching/routing, including delivery of branch offices or large office environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, routing protocols, VPN/zero-trust remote access, and structured troubleshooting across the OSI model.
  • •Experience with high availability, fault isolation, capacity, and scale across critical network services and connectivity paths.
  • •Experience automating network operations using a modern programming or scripting language plus APIs, infrastructure-as-code, Git, or CI/CD; plus knowledge of network security/identity controls.
