Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance, constructive challenge, and technical knowledge across the full spectrum of performance and reward matters.
  • •Interpret and advise on performance and reward policies, coordinating with specialist colleagues on complex reward topics.
  • •Support the annual performance and pay review for the relevant client group.
  • •Collaborate with performance and reward colleagues to implement initiatives, processes, and products aligned to business objectives.
  • •Maintain specialist knowledge and translate data and reporting into analysis, ensuring recommendations align with local laws and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Human Resource.
  • •Five to six years of HR experience with responsibility for reward and benefits management.
