Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with customers to understand business problems, opportunities, scope, intended outcomes, and drivers behind new demand.
  • •Challenge solution-led requests and stakeholder assumptions to ensure the underlying business need is clearly defined.
  • •Produce demand proposals covering scope, outcomes, assumptions, risks, dependencies, indicative costs, and recommended next steps.
  • •Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities across Demand Shaping, the wider DPMO, and the end-to-end strategic demand pipeline.
  • •Use data and management information to identify process inefficiencies, recurring issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 55,000 annually
