Key Responsibilities

  • •Launch and drive IT projects to Go-Live with on-time, on-scope, on-cost, and on-quality objectives aligned to customer satisfaction.

  • •Manage risks and opportunities, integrate lessons learned, and oversee effective contract management for partners and suppliers.
  • •Represent the project across the organization and manage service-related communication with customers.
  • •Set up and manage schedule, cost, and resources; monitor performance, apply maturity gate/review processes, and define measurable success criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Information Systems Technology or Engineering; Master degree preferred.
  • •Education to a Master degree level in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in Strategic and/or Program Procurement, interfacing with IT.
  • •Proven experience leading complex IT projects, including roll-outs with several hundred users.
  • •Ability to use project management methods/tools and apply change management and project control processes.
