Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assembly and testing of production aerospace hardware within certified procedures and systems/processes.
  • •Create functional test setups and perform low to moderate complexity product testing using test equipment.
  • •Ensure EHS compliance and maintain Certified Operator Status, including job-specific training/certifications and required ERP data entry.
  • •Communicate and coordinate production needs (part availability, equipment, production status, and schedule updates) with the Production Supervisor.
  • •Follow non-conforming material processes and generate documentation for non-conforming hardware findings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • •2 years of relevant manufacturing/mechanical experience or Military experience.
  • •Previous experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • •Basic understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems with ability to troubleshoot low to moderate issues with minimal supervision.
  • •Ability to use ERP systems and standard Microsoft applications.
