Job Summary

Lead and secure development and industrialization projects for Hermès’ Roye site, coordinating product development, industrialization processes, and transfer to production. Manage BE, Methods, Quality, and Production interfaces; drive risk management, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget product releases that meet quality standards and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Pilot and secure the full development and industrialization projects for the Pole, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule targets up to market launch.
•Coordinate and align with the Bureau d'Études, Methods, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure robust handoffs from prototyping to series production.
•Define and validate industrial processes and production routings, develop and maintain technical data (3D models, 2D drawings) in the group database, and ensure feasibility of parts.
•Lead risk assessment and mitigation for technical, industrial, quality, and scheduling issues; communicate progress to site management with KPI tracking.
•Support customers through the development-to-production transfer, manage vendor involvement, and optimize project planning to deliver reliable outputs.

Key Requirements

•Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in engineering or a related field
•8–10 years of experience in development/industrialization or methods within a demanding industrial environment (luxury, precision mechanics)
•Experience leading technical teams and working in a matrix/multi-site organization
•Natural leadership with strong technical credibility and a sense of responsibility and service
•Ability to arbitrate, prioritize, and address complex topics with maturity and strong communication skills
