Own the joint business plan and GTM strategy for a global partnership between Celonis and Databricks, aligning revenue goals with consumption targets. Key Responsibilities

•Define the joint business plan with a clear “better together” value proposition aligning Celonis revenue goals and Databricks consumption targets.
•Set GTM strategy, including joint sales motions and programmes with Celonis and partner teams.
•Direct creation of sales assets and enablement programmes; ensure regional teams have battle cards, pitch decks, and use cases.
•Drive regional execution with Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to implement the strategy locally.
•Own senior leadership relationships and personally support strategic customer pursuits with field teams.

Key Requirements

•Ability to develop holistic GTM strategy and execute operational day-to-day tasks to grow partnerships.
•Strong communication skills in English (native level), verbally and in writing.
•Preferred: studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Systems.
