Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture, analyze, and document current and future-state PAM processes and business requirements.
  • •Develop BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation to support solution delivery.
  • •Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to support application onboarding, solution design, and implementation.
  • •Coordinate testing activities, including UAT, and support successful deployment and adoption of PAM capabilities.
  • •Produce project deliverables, status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications aligned to business objectives and technical solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • •Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and data requirements while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • •Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage business and technical audiences.
  • •Experience supporting Agile delivery and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience supporting Privileged Access Management initiatives, including business process analysis, application onboarding, testing coordination, and adoption.
