Job Summary

Translate business needs into Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities within Capco’s Cyber Security practice. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, including BRDs, user stories, and process documentation. Facilitate workshops, coordinate UAT, and support deployment and business adoption while aligning project deliverables and communications between business objectives and technical solutions for financial services and energy clients.

•Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture, analyze, and document current and future-state PAM processes and business requirements.
•Develop BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation to support solution delivery.
•Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to support application onboarding, solution design, and implementation.
•Coordinate testing activities, including UAT, and support successful deployment and adoption of PAM capabilities.
•Produce project deliverables, status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications aligned to business objectives and technical solutions.

Key Requirements

•2+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise technology initiatives.

•Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage business and technical audiences.
•Experience supporting Agile delivery and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Experience supporting Privileged Access Management initiatives, including business process analysis, application onboarding, testing coordination, and adoption.
