Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the company-wide operating model, including revenue forecasting, headcount planning, expense budgets, and scenario analysis.
  • •Build and run the FP&A cadence: annual planning, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly variance reviews with team leads.
  • •Own cash, runway, and burn through cash forecasting, treasury operations, and capital planning.
  • •Develop unit economics for enterprise AI deployments, including contract-level margins and cost drivers, and advise on software vs. services mix.
  • •Prepare board and investor materials with KPI reporting, lead financial diligence for future fundraises, and mature the monthly close with outsourced accounting/tax/compliance providers.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in finance with deep FP&A or strategic finance experience, including building operating models used by founders, executives, and boards.
  • •Experience as an early or first finance hire in a high-growth startup, operating without established infrastructure.
  • •Fluency in SaaS and enterprise metrics (e.g., ARR, NDR, gross margin, burn multiple) and adapting them to an AI-native business model.
