•Lead a team and accelerate growth and retention of Ipsos’ online communities and panels practice across the US.
•Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of panelists—from recruitment and engagement to retention and data quality—to maintain a high-quality respondent pool for multi-market research.
•Develop and influence a 3-year global panel expansion roadmap, focusing on high-growth markets and niche segments.
•Manage panel budgets, optimize recruitment costs, incentives, and panel lifetime value (P&L ownership).
•Standardize operational workflows across regional teams to ensure data quality and delivery speed.
