Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team and accelerate growth and retention of Ipsos’ online communities and panels practice across the US.
  • •Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of panelists—from recruitment and engagement to retention and data quality—to maintain a high-quality respondent pool for multi-market research.
  • •Develop and influence a 3-year global panel expansion roadmap, focusing on high-growth markets and niche segments.
  • •Manage panel budgets, optimize recruitment costs, incentives, and panel lifetime value (P&L ownership).
  • •Standardize operational workflows across regional teams to ensure data quality and delivery speed.

Key Requirements
