Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach store profitability and efficiency as a member of the store leadership team.
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, and root-cause inventory accuracy issues with the General Manager.
  • •Execute key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluations, and constant feedback; open and close the store per BOH standards.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
