Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement regional and global strategies locally and ensure alignment with agreed objectives, priorities, and standards.
  • •Manage country financial performance, monitoring revenue, cost, utilisation, and margin; support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • •Provide people leadership, line manage selected roles, and support recruitment, onboarding, retention, coaching, and performance management.
  • •Support business development activities and maintain key client relationships, contributing to proposals and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • •Oversee key projects, ensuring delivery against scope, quality, budget, and programme requirements; manage delivery risks and ensure health, safety, and wellbeing compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in engineering, architecture, project management, or related discipline.
  • •Proven experience in operational leadership or senior management roles in a multinational professional services or project-based environment in the Real Estate or Industrial sector.
  • •Experience managing business performance and people within an agreed governance framework.
  • •Strong financial and commercial understanding, including managing budgets and forecasts.
  • •Fluency in English and Hungarian required.
