Key Responsibilities

  • •Lease available properties from PRYPCO’s property management portfolio.
  • •Work with the PM team to identify available and upcoming units.
  • •Conduct viewings, guide tenants through their search, and advise on pricing and market conditions.
  • •Negotiate offers and manage transactions end to end while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Requirements

  • •Ambitious, proactive, and results-focused with strong communication skills.
  • •Confidence prospecting and generating new business in the real estate leasing space.
  • •Ability to negotiate and close rental offers and manage end-to-end transactions.
  • •Previous Dubai real estate, leasing, or sales experience is a plus.
  • •UAE driving license is preferred.
