Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and oversee a comprehensive risk data Data Management Framework, including data capturing, organizing, storage, analysis, development, validation, and implementation of rating models and scorecards.
  • •Lead data science work to design policies, procedures, and systems for managing data used for modeling, including data tracking and monitoring tools.
  • •Manage project delivery as a Project Management leader and Scrum Master: prepare project plans, manage workstreams, timelines, resources, teams, and resolve problems using Agile methodologies.
  • •Ensure data security and perform rigorous data quality review and control (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, uniqueness, traceability) with secure storage and controlled access.
  • •Provide technical leadership for implementing risk rating models and scorecards in bank systems, ensuring compliance with IFRS 9 and Basel requirements, and support risk analytics validation/recalibration work.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of relevant risk management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role leading Basel and IFRS 9 initiatives.
  • •Strong knowledge of Basel II & Basel III and IFRS 9 regulations, plus risk governance frameworks and prudential regulations.
  • •Advanced quantitative analytics and data science skills, including statistical software experience (SAS/Python/R/SPSS).
  • •In-depth knowledge of enterprise risk management, risk architecture, risk analytics, and credit modeling within risk management.
  • •A quantitative undergraduate/graduate degree (e.g., mathematics, statistics, finance, computer information science).
