Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-discipline teams of project controls professionals to drive delivery of robust and effective project controls services and continuous improvement in project controls processes.
  • •Define and implement project controls approaches across the project, programme and portfolio levels to enable effective decision making.
  • •Define governance and assurance processes around project controls products and ensure adherence to contract processes (NEC/FIDIC).
  • •Develop and document a Project Control System Definition and integrated approaches for project controls across scope, cost, risk and schedule.
  • •Train and coach client teams and less experienced members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior professional experience in the application of several Project Controls disciplines (Planning, Cost Estimation, Cost Management, Risk Management or Reporting) in multipleprojects across the whole project lifecycle; nuclear experience desirable but not essential
  • •Strong knowledge of project controls software (e.g., Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys) and ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence, motivate and develop a team in a multicultural environment
  • •Will be able to obtain BPSS level security clearance and membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., APM, PMI)
  • •Experience defining and implementing governance/assurance for project controls products and integrating scope/cost/risk/schedule
