Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and simplify/standardize existing OTC processes, structures, and systems.
  • •Design and implement scalable OTC process solutions with adequate controls; drive change adoption with stakeholders.
  • •Establish KPIs and SLAs/Reverse SLAs, monitor performance, and conduct root-cause analysis to address issues.
  • •Own collection strategy and oversee audit-related schedules/account analyses to meet internal controls and minimize external audit fees.
  • •Secure resources and work with IT to build OTC solutions within S/4HANA and liaise with external consultants/IT to update systems.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS or MS in Accounting (preferred).
  • •Extensive knowledge of accounting, reporting, and analysis in increasingly complex roles.
  • •Experience with and knowledge of S/4HANA.
  • •Expertise in MM-SD-FI integrations is an asset.
  • •Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
