Job Summary

Oversee architectural works for the post-contract phase of the Sports Boulevard Project in Riyadh as part of the PMC team. Review contractors’ MAR architectural shop drawings and technical submissions, assess material submittals, method statements, and RFIs, and provide technical comments. Conduct regular site inspections to confirm compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver ad-hoc client updates and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and provide technical comments on MAR architectural shop drawings and related submissions.
•Review material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and architectural technical documentation.
•Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
•Monitor architectural works during construction, identify design/execution issues, and support ongoing design coordination.
•Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders; prepare inspection reports and deliver ad-hoc client/stakeholder presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
•Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in architectural design, construction supervision, and project delivery.
•Strong experience in PMC/PMCM environments on major development projects.
•Proven post-contract experience where design continues during construction.
•Extensive experience reviewing MAR/contractor shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions, including site inspection experience.
