Key Responsibilities

  • •Work through a 2-year rotational programme with two rotations across different RDA teams
  • •Translate science, consumer insight, and customer needs into relevant food and beverage solutions
  • •Gain hands-on experience in application, product development, and customer-facing environments
  • •Participate in product development activities including formulation and application trials, recipe development, sensory evaluation, and consumer-focused testing
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations on strategic projects

Key Requirements

  • •On track for a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinary Science, Food Business, or a related discipline
  • •Eligible to work permanently in Europe
  • •Fluent in English and ideally another language
  • •Comfortable with hands-on, lab-based work and customer innovation projects
  • •Interested in science and technology and keen to use data, digital tools and AI thoughtfully to improve product development
