Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver customized onboarding and continuing education experiences tailored to engineering personas.
  • •Manage and prioritize requests for technical training and documentation aligned with strategic goals and learning needs.
  • •Guide content creation with stakeholders using a train-the-trainer model to scale domain-team educational efforts.
