Job Summary

Train customers on Hootsuite and Talkwalker products as part of the end-to-end customer journey. Lead discovery sessions to understand goals and knowledge gaps, schedule and deliver live webinar and onsite training, and maintain training materials. Collaborate with Professional Services and cross-functional teams, manage training logistics and agendas, and track training progress to help meet quarterly CSAT targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead internal discovery sessions and customer calls to understand business goals, needs, knowledge gaps, and training expectations.
•Schedule and prepare training sessions by reviewing customer accounts, preparing presentation decks, and finalizing agendas.
•Create and deliver standard and customized live webinar training on Hootsuite products, ensuring stakeholders understand the content and questions are answered.
•Deliver engaging onsite training sessions at customers’ offices and contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials.
•Update training components of project plans and meet quarterly Individual CSAT targets through highly customized, clear, and engaging sessions.

Key Requirements

•Some practical experience delivering training, preferably in the tech/SaaS industry.
•Strong presentation techniques for both in-person and web-based sessions.
•Proven ability to train or teach someone on a technology solution and explain technical terms to different audiences.
•Ability to set and manage customer expectations and negotiate appropriate resolutions to issues.
•Strong process and project management skills, including learning and applying new technologies quickly.
