Job Summary

Ensure high-quality safety and non-safety data annotation and search operations by running daily audits, analyzing errors, and escalating RCA issues through defined processes. Coordinate calibration meetings with stakeholders, compile performance data reports, and support queue moderation/knowledge quizzes. Partner with policy and cross-functional teams to disseminate policy updates, lead or participate in policy briefings, and identify performance improvement opportunities. Handle sensitive content exposure as part of the work.

Key Responsibilities

•Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards across projects and develop best-practice QA models.
•Facilitate calibration meetings, provide feedback on implementation/execution, and compile performance data reports for SME and management.
•Perform daily audits; analyze errors and provide feedback to respective teams; conduct RCA escalations through the relevant process.
•Collaborate with the Policy POC to disseminate policy updates and ensure timely communication of policy questions across stakeholders.
•Support queue moderation/knowledge quizzes, design or implement training plans, and identify performance improvements across relevant markets.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
•Proficiency in French for written and oral communication with French markets; fluency in English for working language.
•Ability to work with XFN partners and demonstrate strategic thinking in complex, ambiguous situations.
•Familiarity with labeling business logic and how upstream and downstream teams operate.
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and learning quickly.
