•Own the full growth funnel — set the strategy, define metrics, and drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across our developer platform
•Identify and build compounding loops that turn great developer experience into organic growth — referrals, word of mouth, community, virality
•Deeply instrument the product to understand where developers convert, where they drop off, and what moves the needle
•Run a high-velocity experimentation program — rapid A/B tests, sharp hypotheses, and a relentless focus on finding what works
•Unlock new growth channels: SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, PLG motions — and figure out which bets compound fastest at scale

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually
