Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end SDLC activities across multiple projects, ensuring requirements are clear and traceable from concept to rollout.
  • •Collaborate with business partners and design teams to ensure delivered designs meet business needs and acceptance criteria.
  • •Support development and unit testing by guiding teams to understand and implement requirements accurately.
  • •Facilitate planning and execution of user acceptance testing and system integration testing with stakeholders.
  • •Assist with operations readiness, data migration, user testing and rollout activities as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA/PGDM and B.Com/BA/BE education as stated; MBA preferred
  • •15+ years of Business Analysis or Product Owner experience in financial services
  • •Strong knowledge of end-to-end SDLC, requirements gathering, process modelling and data analysis
  • •Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework and Agile ceremonies
  • •Proficiency with tools like Microsoft 365, Visio, Miro, and Azure DevOps (ADO) to support design, collaboration and tracking
