Job Summary

Drive the evolution of Netflix’s global Accounts Payable (AP) systems and processes by analyzing AP data, identifying trends and discrepancies, and recommending KPI and dashboard enhancements. Partner cross-functionally to assess and improve AP systems/tools, support implementations and upgrades, and investigate root causes of inefficiencies. Lead or support global AP projects, strengthen risk review processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the evolution of global AP systems and processes by analyzing AP data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
•Assess and enhance AP KPIs and implement dashboards to capture key trends and drive impactful process changes.
•Partner cross-functionally to assess and recommend improvements to AP systems and tools, including supporting exploration, selection, implementation, testing of upgrades.
•Evaluate metrics and KPIs with AP leaders, investigate root causes of inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and recommend creative solutions.
•Lead or participate in global AP-related projects, document workflows, represent AP requirements, and help ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant accounts payable, risk management, and P2P experience.
•Advanced operational knowledge of global accounts payable processes and workflows.
•Strong ability to analyze complex data to identify trends and discrepancies and develop process improvement solutions.
•Proficiency with data visualization tools and techniques to present findings clearly and accessibly.
•Experience contributing to multiple projects in a dynamic global environment while prioritizing effectively.
