Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze global Trust & Safety policies and operational processes to identify experience obstacles, inefficiencies, gaps, redundancies, and pain points.
  • •Plan and prioritize quarterly projects, factoring dependencies and deliverables, and use data to inform decisions and mitigate risks.
  • •Optimize processes and create or update policies, cascading changes across teams and maintaining significant Trust & Safety programs.
  • •Draft standard operating procedures (10 to 50 pages), write project charters, and use project management frameworks and roadmaps.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (Legal, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support Operations, Enablement, Sales, Operations) and communicate updates with stakeholders while driving follow-through.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in program management, policy, or process management, leading complex projects to successful outcomes impacting ~10 to 50+ people.
  • •Strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving, including executing/driving solutions forward.
  • •Experience drafting detailed, organized proposals, policies, processes, and workflows.
