Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees across operational client groups
  • •Manage employee relations matters including absenteeism, conduct, performance, workplace investigations, and policy-related concerns
  • •Coach leaders to apply HR policies, processes, and systems consistently and confidently
  • •Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Officers, and specialist teams to resolve matters and escalate where appropriate
  • •Support recurring people processes including performance, salary, and talent reviews, and identify opportunities to strengthen HR processes and workplace effectiveness

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a generalist HR advisory role, ideally within an operational, industrial, resources, or manufacturing environment
  • •Strong employee relations and case management experience, managing matters objectively, sensitively, and with sound judgement
  • •Confidence coaching, influencing, and constructively challenging leaders while maintaining trusted stakeholder relationships
  • •Resilience and adaptability to work across a broad scope of HR matters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • •Strong written documentation and confidentiality, with experience using HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP or similar platforms
