Job Summary

Support production program execution for the Javelin Weapon System’s LWCLU portfolio, reporting into the LWCLU Production Program Manager and backing multiple production contracts. Partner with IPTs, functional teams, and the Army customer to ensure cost, schedule, and AOP commitments through proposal development, contract startup, execution, and closeout. Facilitate daily PMT and Core Control Room meetings, manage EAC and forecast performance tracking, and contribute to internal reviews and executive briefings while supporting domestic travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Program Management Team and functional organizations in executing production contracts to meet cost, schedule, and AOP commitments.
•Facilitate in-person daily PMT and Core Control Room meetings and drive program cadence around priorities, issues, and assistance needs.
•Work with business teams on EAC execution, labor and material forecast performance, and progress toward AOP.
•Participate in internal reviews and support executive briefings for EACs, gate approvals, contract proposals, and negotiation/definitization efforts.
•Support domestic travel as needed.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum 10 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
•Experience supporting transition to production, production acceleration, development, and/or sustainment programs.
•Program Management certification (or equivalent).
•Experience working on cross-functional teams.
•Experience with EAC process and risk and opportunity management.
