Key Responsibilities

  • •Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs, answer questions, make recommendations, and suggestively sell beverages and menu items while taking orders.
  • •Communicate drink orders to the bar through the Point of Sales system.
  • •Deliver drinks and maneuver trays through large crowds while maintaining atmosphere control by circulating during shift.
  • •Remove dirty glasses and dishes from tables, lift/move bus tubs up to 25 lbs., clean spills, and keep floors clear using proper lifting techniques.
  • •Request ID for guests appearing under 30 and ensure responsible alcohol service; process payments and handle comp/void checks per policy.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Flexible schedule with ability to work late hours.
  • •Working knowledge of cocktail tray service, basic food service, responsible alcohol service, drink recipes and garnishes, and point of sales systems.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience serving in an upscale dining and night life venue.
  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
