Job Summary

Own the full customer success lifecycle for a designated portfolio of enterprise clients across CDN and Cloud, helping them adopt products and achieve outcomes. Drive onboarding, training, support, adoption, advocacy, and retention while improving customer satisfaction and account health. Partner with sales to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and feed customer insights back to business and product teams to shape the roadmap and lifecycle process.

•Drive customer success outcomes including product adoption, customer satisfaction, and account health scores.
•Manage onboarding, training, support, and retention for your client portfolio.
•Collaborate with the wider team to define and improve the customer lifecycle process.
•Identify and collaborate with the sales team on cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
•Provide feedback to the business and product teams to help define the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of proven experience in Sales and Business Development in Cloud or CDN or AI/LLM.
•Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
•Understanding of the client base and the challenges they face.
•Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
•Analytical, process-oriented mindset; SaaS or PaaS technology experience.
